Course Booking in Person and Online Programs:

When booking a course/program either online or offline all payments are non-refundable or deferrable and client/customer is held responsible for all payment plans.

If you are unable to make any of the course/program there is no facility to extend, come to another course/ defer to another program, or receive a refund.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they disclose any medical conditions or injuries, (including mental health conditions) to Alyssa Martyn/Voice of Her.

In the event of a global pandemic, leading to quarantine, all in-personsessions/workshops will move straight to being streamed live online via Zoom, Vimeo, YouTube, and www.voiceofher.com. No refunds or deferrals will be issued.

In-Person/ Online Event/Workshop/Retreats Day Bookings- Cancellation of Event Circumstances:

It is expected that participants to events will have adequate personal insurance to cover all eventualities that might occur.

If Alyssa Martyn/ Voice of Her chooses to cancel an event then all monies paid to Alyssa Martyn/ Voice of Her will be refunded. In this circumstance, Alyssa Martyn/ Voice of Her will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the participant, including but not limited to travel costs, insurance costs etc.

In the event that the participant cannot make the booked event, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Alyssa Martyn/ Voice of Her reserves the right to send a substitute teacher in the place of a named teacher if unexpected circumstances preventing the named teacher from teaching on any event.

In the event of Force Majeure/unforeseen circumstances that hinders, delays, or leads to the cancellation of any events Alyssa Martyn/ Voice of Her will not be liable for any costs incurred or to repay any monies received. Participants will be expected to claim under their individual insurance. This includes but is not limited to, severe weather, acts of terrorism, disease epidemics, government actions, natural disasters, war, strikes, and failure of 3rd parties such as venues/caterers to provide their services.

In registering for any event or service you agree that Alyssa Martyn/ Voice of Her, shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss or delay.

In registering for any event or service you agree to assume all risks associated with the event and or service and agree that no liability will be attached to Alyssa Martyn/ Voice of Her (or any staff member or contractors working on behalf of Alyssa Martyn/ Voice of Her for any personal injury, illness, delay, loss or damages to property, finances or health.

In the event of a global pandemic, leading to quarantine, all classes/workshops/events (for retreats see below) will move straight to being streamed live online via Zoom, Vimeo, YouTube, and www.voiceofher.com. No refunds or deferrals will be issued.

For some Workshops/Events the booking will be upgraded online for e.g. instead of one online workshop you will have access to two.

For Day Retreats you will have the option to join me at an online day retreat/ choose other online options with me/ Defer your payment to the next in-person Day Retreat/ request a refund.
